1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sedso.AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Sedso.AI provides AI-generated insights, reports, analytics, and related features ("Outputs") based on the information you submit.

You understand and agree that Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect model limitations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. User Content & Rights You Grant Us

You may provide information such as brand names, text inputs, email addresses, and other content ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the rights and permissions to provide it.
  • Your submission does not infringe any third-party rights.

You grant Sedso.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, process, store, reproduce, and generate Outputs from your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Sedso.AI will not sell your User Content or Outputs to third parties.

5. Use License

Sedso.AI grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or Outputs without SedsoAI's permission except for your internal use.
  • Resell, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or index the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the Service's underlying models or code.
  • Use the Service to develop competing datasets, models, or services.

Sedso.AI may suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the service.

6. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

  • Outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may be incorrect, biased, incomplete, or inconsistent.
  • Outputs do not constitute professional advice (marketing, legal, financial, strategic, or otherwise).
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, usefulness, and appropriateness of any Output before relying on it.
  • Sedso.AI does not guarantee that Outputs will achieve specific business results.

7. Service Availability

Sedso.AI strives for high availability but does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. No Warranty / As-Is Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sedso.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
  • WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICE OR OUTPUTS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. Privacy

Your submission of personal data (e.g., email address) is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you consent to the processing described there.

10. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party sites. Sedso.AI is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Access is at your own risk.

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sedso.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or reputation.
  • Sedso.AI is not liable for decisions or actions taken based on AI-generated Outputs.
  • Total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid to Sedso.AI in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liabilities are limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sedso.AI harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights through submitted User Content

13. Modifications to Terms

Sedso.AI may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent version.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
